Francisco Noe Sinecio-Alvarez is wanted for the charge of murder. He was involved in the deadly shooting of James Eastis in Hayden, Alabama on 2/10/2026. He is considered armed and dangerous. If you see this individual, do not attempt to approach him. Call 9-1-1 and notify local authorities.
